"This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice. "We had the most wonderful stay here. It was one of our favourite parts of Vietnam. It was peaceful and relaxing in the countryside and on the lake. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with warm, welcoming staff and animals! The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant had lots of choice. The daily free yoga was a huge highlight and we were able to rent bikes to get to nearby attractions. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we hope to stay again soon. "
