Ledford Falls, rushing and full with spring thaws!

"Great location and the waterfall was awesome. The cabin was set up very nice and the deck was great. It was very comfortable, fireplace was nice and even used the grill one night. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again."

"We had a great stay and enjoyed the space the cabin gave our family. We had our kiddos, in-laws and dog in tow for the Polar express. The cabin provided a great location to both Franklin and Bryson City!"

"Love the back deck. Beautiful views. Overall wonderful stay here. Very cozy. Wish I would have realized the 3rd bedroom is separate from the rest of the house and accessible only from outside deck. Was not cleaned properly when we arrived but this was remedied by owner. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay at this picturesque cabin. Every morning we would have our coffee to a view of the mountains. The location is quiet and secluded - but also very close to town and amenities. All cooking supplies and utensils were available- a variety of spices were on hand as well. The hosts were in contact regularly and provided suggestions about activities going on the surrounding communities. Highly recommend staying here!"

"We really enjoyed our stay and the cottage was larger than expected. The road was not great due to recent rain but it was passable. We did lose internet a few times but other than that is was great."

"Charming cabin in great location near Franklin and surrounding towns. This cabin has easy access from highway and is only about a mile to the cabin. It is a paved road all the way. There is a moderate incline from the main road, but very easy. The cabin was nicely furnished with everything you need. Loved the gas logs in the fall. Would return. "
