This 1,800 square foot cozy yet spacious Beach home is just a short walk away from the ocean! Our home contains 3 large luxury bedrooms c/w queen size beds & en-suite, 1 regular bedroom c/w 2 twin beds. Optional foldable high density foam beds can be added to any of the large rooms. Your comfort and convenience during your stay are definitely well taken care of with 3 full bathrooms. Big screen TV, DVD player with movies, and in house Wifi Internet are available for you to stay connected during your vacation. Our fully-equipped chef inspired kitchen is ready to satisfy any of your cooking needs. Enjoy the Clubhouse swimming pool, hot tub during the summer season, the fitness centre, games room, media centre, tennis court, and recreation picnic beach front area with a fire pit. A great holiday home with everything you need
We really enjoyed our stay at this home - we were there for a whole week and felt it had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are spacious and comfy and the swimming pool is great.

Great place to explore from
The place worked wonderfully for our needs. Loved the beach at low tide. Pool was a nice treat for kids and adults. Property was clean. It could used a bit more and better seating in the living room. The outdoor patio set is a bit tired too.

Lovely spot
House was clean and well stocked. A beautiful place. We spent tons of time at the pool and exploring Qualicum. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and very helpful. I highly recommend this house. Only downside was the upstairs twin beds were too hard. Kids had terrible sleeps. With proper mattresses or thick foam toppers it would be great.

Pierre and Alex were wonderful hosts, allowed us to enter the property early on the day of check in and the house was stocked well with everything we needed. Qualicum Landing is a great location. Really enjoyed our Spring Break in their beautiful home.

We had a short 4 night stay and enjoyed every minute. All the amenities we could want were available and access to a pool was awesome. Location is remote enough to feel like you are away, but close enough to get to all the attractions and activities.

Family vacation 2024
This was our fifth year in a row using VRBO for a family vacation with our grown children, their partners, and our granddaughter. We were very excited to return to Vancouver Island to explore all the gorgeous beaches and parks. We picked this location as it was close to all the places we wanted to go. Communication with the property manager was great and our questions and concerns were dealt with promptly. The house was as stated and had enough bedrooms and beds for our group of 8. Our only disappointment was the pool and the hot tubs were closed for the season, listing states open for the summer, but actually they close right after Labour Day. Although the beach is very rocky, our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter had a blast exploring the shore. It is a bit isolated and we knew that going in, so we would plan our grocery shopping trips with going to see other parks and beaches in the area. Overall we always have a good time being together as family and would recommend this house and complex, even though we didn't have the pool or hot tubs.

Summer get away with family
great location - lovely big clean house plenty of bathrooms to accommodate all 7 of us. Its a gated community which feels quite and safe and clean - my kids loved the communal pool and hot tub and there's also a pool table - the rest of us loved the sunset ocean views from the beach which is a short 2 min walk within the complex. local area has plenty of attractions including fantastic sandy beaches at little qualicum and qualicum beach. would stay again

Great relaxing getaway!
The house was great to stay in. Wonderful rooms with comfortable beds. There were many bathrooms and quality linens. Not enough glassware, but had a good variety of cookware. Enjoyed using the pool and walking to the beach. The beach was very rocky but normal for the area. Lots to do , but you do need to drive to most things. Would stay here again as the accommodation was great and location was quiet.

This gorgeous home in Qualicum was the perfect fit for four families to gather. Lots of room and comfortable common spaces. Kitchen was well stocked/equipped, back patio had BBQ and lots of room to eat and relax. The pool was a 2 minute walk away and the beach 5 minutes, awesome spot for kids!

Very nice house near the beach
The house is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the days in the quiet surroundings. I could move perfectly with the wheelchair on the lower floor and the bedroom and shower were just perfect. The only blemishes are the step about 25 cm high into the house and onto the seating area, as well as the very used condition of the grill. Thank you very much for letting us use a fiew days the beautiful house.

I brought a group of teens to a golf tournament. The place was so nice and had everything one would need. I had some trouble with email and the host was very helpful and communicated effective and efficiently. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed for 4 days just after Christmas. Nice location and house. Few issues. Tv system was extremely hard to use Ice maker did not work. Bbq was disgustingly unclean Toaster broken but owner was quick to rectify In retrospect, we were disappointed to find that an oceanfront property in this resort which was better appointed was much less money and. In fact, half the price we paid.

Great family location
Great for families. Beach front is somewhat rocky but children enjoyed playing there, turning over rocks to see what was living under them. Less than 5 minutes drive north to sunnybeach public access to great sandy beach. The swimming pool in the complex is only a few steps from the unit. Lots of opportunities for Forrest walks nearby. Spider lake and horn lake are fun. A challenging executive golf course, Arrowsmithh, is 5 minutes away.

Our Experience
There were only the five of us, all cousins. The beds were on the hard died, but did not keep us from sleeping well. The twin beds were a bit short for adults. Could have had one more chair in living room. The site east superb. Access to the beach was wonderful. We loved being together in one place. The dining table was a wonderful area to dine, but also to play board games and just visiting.

perfect for 6 adults
the house exceeded my expectations. it is good-looking inside and out, the rooms are a good size, everything worked, including the "fireplace" and BBQ. . our family of 6 adults stayed there very comfortably and we even had other family over for a meal with no crowding at all. our party's two cars fit in the driveway and there are close by visitor spots. the kitchen is very well provisioned with cookware, tableware, and serving ware. it is a little out of town but the drive is quick and easy; i would definitely be happy to stay here again. price-wise -- we spent a bit less for 3 nights and 6 of us than family spent on 4 of them -- 2 rooms for 3 nights in a hotel. the waterfront is a short pleasant stroll, very pretty, but in that late Dec weather it wasn't an inviting place to hang out, sadly. we managed one great beach walk during low tide. i hope we get the chance to stay again in warmer weather, when the pool is open and the waterfront area is a paradise. one note: google maps thinks the address is the "contractor's gate" -- the gate for us was about 200 meters south of that. thank you!
