"This is a family visit. The hotel is located near Changle park(old 动物园). There is a subway station right outside the hotel. There are a lot of subway lines build recently at Xian. "Our first impression of the Le Meridien Chanba Hotel in Xi'an was awe-inspiring due to its location, majesty, lights and modern look. However upon check-in, we had an issue as to whether or not the room was previously paid (it was previously booked and pre-paid) and if the room itself was ready - this took over 30 minutes to discuss and resolve.
