"From the moment we arrived, to the moment we cheched our we were well taken care of. The staff works very hard to make sure everything is to your liking. In the morning you will awaken to hot air balloons lifting off nearby, with King Tut and his friends hidden in the mountains. Reasonable tours and food and more. The rooms a very nice as is the pool, but again it was the people that made it incredible."

"Well, this is out of the way, for those who want or love the peace and quiet of country air and life. Transportation is available to any of the historic sites, or market, or grocery-store, or take-away food shops. Souvenirs are abundant at the Valley of the Kings area before entering the gate, but you will need to work hard to get really great bartered prices. Walk away, and the price will come down! From this hotel, you will have access to whatever you would like in the beautiful ancient city...

"Dining room staff were hit and miss; sometimes attended to us well and sometimes ignored us. Very little smiling. Same for the pool staff, had to wait an hour for towels after repeated requests for towels. Food was okay and some staff were good, but very different than what we are used to. Hopefully they do better in the future."
