"Stayed in one of the family rooms in the separate building - a bunk bed downstairs and queen upstairs with en-suite. Room was clean, well-appointed and worked well to get the kids to sleep allowing adults to relax upstairs. Room service menu and quality of food were excellent. Spa and internal and external pool were great, but strict kids hours in the internal pool meant we actually had to swim/play in sub zero temperatures - which was not ideal and quite rude. "We warmly welcomed upon arrival. The gentleman who took our luggages to store before check in was very thorough in his suggestions on what to do for our 24 hour visit in the area. All the front staff were warm and that really made us want to come back to Bath. "
