"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "

Pas d'eau chaude. 3 coupures electriques en meme pas 3h de temps. 15 degres dans la chambre malgré le "radiateur" au mur... on nous a dépanné un radiateur d'appoint et la on a reussi a avoir 17... Bref la réception part 30 minutes avant lheure de fermeture. On appelle ca ne repond pas. Le technicien est aussi compétent que moi sur des skis... (autant dire nulle !) Bref surtout pas ici si vous avez en plus des enfants... "

"Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...

"The apartment was ideal for three of us staying for a couple of days of skiing. It is small but has enough space to relax at the end of a tiring day. Perfectly placed in the pretty village, within a short walk of the railway station and telecabin station so no car required. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and enough shops to supply what we needed. The thermal baths are well worth a visit."

"I booked this accommodation for my son and his fiance so that they could have a trouble free and car free stay. They were having skiing lessons up in Bonascre. The telecabine is minutes away and there's plenty of bars, restaurants and the wonderful bains du coloubret nearby. Highly recommend. "

"Rien a dire quant à l'accueil pour la remise des clés. Il a été ponctuel et courtois. Peut-être aurait-il été nécessaire de faire un état des lieux. Nous avons été particulièrement surpris par les couchages. Le logement comportait deux niveaux, une sorte de duplex. Au premier niveau se trouvait une chambre avec deux grands lits superposés, peu adapté pour les vieilles personnes que nous sommes. Pour ne pas faire d'escalade au risque de tomber la nuit en se levant, nous avons choisi le lit du bas...
