"Beautiful lagoon-front self-contained hotel, room was spotless, staff the most courteous and helpful I’ve ever met. Lagoon tour (arranged by front desk) was peaceful, full of birds, Captain Rohan a fantastic guide to birds and wildlife. Transportation to Negombo is via tuktuk, driver Asim polite and exceptionally kind (provided tour of Negombo and a short errand for salt and Type G adapter for my travels, Amagi Aria has universal outlets but the rest of Sri Lanka has Type G). Excellent breakfast buffet too!"

"I phoned the hotel the day before I flew to Colombo with my flight details there was a very efficient smiling man with a very clear sign waiting to meet me at the airport. A car was waiting for us and check in was quick and my luggage was carried to my room. I have a large non smoking room with a noisy air con it's perfect for a 1: night stay."
