"The location is close to a few malls and the tram station. The property is new and a nice view. However the service of the management is horrible. We arrived to the property and had to ask security to call the manament people. Then we had to wait a long time a considerable amount of time for someone to just hand over the keys and that was it. Traveling with 2 small children we were able to access transport easily and could walk to a number of key attractions such as Jalan Alor, Petaling St and Central Markets, we also walked to KLCC and the Towers using the pram.
