"Based on the pictures you would think this was a simple but very nice home. However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up. The deck is worn and weeds and trees are growing along side it. Inside, there were numerous things wrong, including a strong smell of cat pee that was in the hallway and got stronger in the bedroom. "before arriving contacted property manager, asked about kitchen, was told i would have everything i would need to prepare a meal. Found no bakeware, or microwave ware, no measuring cups or spoons, only 4 forks and knives, 4 bowls, no strainer, no hand soap, garbage bags. Pots and pans that were there were dirty, all needed to be cleaned. The entire place was dirty, needs a deep cleaning. "The property was as listed. Excellent cleanliness. We stayed with our dogs and there were bowls, treats and toys left for them. Property is on a busy street but noise was not a concern inside the home. Would gladly stay there again if we are in the area. "

Jim's property and space is absolutely amazing, huge deck area by the pond with feeding the fish was awesome including ample space in the garage to play washers & games when it got too cold out. Check in/out were so easy, he replied quickly to texts, and overall great experience."
