"My wife and I wanted a nice place to stay with a full kitchen and a "non-public" hottub. This townhome exceeded our expectations. The two-person jetted tub in the Master bedroom with a fireplace (there's a bonus fireplace on the lower level in the family room as well) was so welcome during one of the coldest weekends of the year. The below-zero wind chills kept us from hiking the lovely parks near here, but our hostess provided us with fun games to play, books to read, a comfortable bed, and absolutely SPOTLESS accommodations. We'd recommend booking here, and we will plan on doing so again as well."

"For the price it was what I expected. Breakfast was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Rooms were fairly clean and noise was limited. My only disappointment was I wanted a hotel with a pool for my kids but it was broke however we played at an indoor water park near there for the day. Great stay and highly recommended if you are in the area and want to explore Starved Rock area."

"This property was clean with a big bathroom. We only stayed one night after a long drive, and everything was excellent. Bed was comfy, breakfast had a lot of good choices, and it is convenient to the freeway. "

"Not bad for the money. The rooms heater is built into the air conditioner which was a first for me. Apon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and was offered an upgrade to a king for only $5 more, naturally I took it. First room was nice but the plunger to the shower was rusted half open so I switched rooms. Second room was good but had its flaws. Carpets seemed very old with cigarette burns. The bed was very nice and comfortable and CLEAN!! The shower, however, seemed to have been thrown together in a haste. No caluk in the joints of the back board and the shower head was unattached to the stall leaving a hole for moisture to fet inside of. The cieling in the bathroom had water damage but wasnt posing any risk of health concerns at the time. Over all I enjoyed my stay"

"Didn’t see anything to complain about. Attendant gave us a nice room in a quiet corner of the building. The traffic might bother you if you are a light sleeper but it’s fine for me. Room was clean as any I’ve been in. Doesn’t look dated as some do. Not planning to use any amenities- just need to sleep and shower. So far so good. Was a little pricier than others, but not outrageous."
