"As advertised, spacious house has everything! Very prompt property owner. We all enjoyed our stay ! "

"Let's start with the good. Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. We were given the lockbox code so we were able to get in without a problem, but no tour. The odd decor hits you immediately upon entry....

"We had an amazing stay in Woodstock! House was immaculate and super clean. We loved the vibe inside as well as the views of the lake and the outdoor space. Quiet, cozy lake house with plenty of room. The master king bed was SO comfortable and felt like home! Would absolutely stay again. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and couldn’t have been easier to work with!"

"The house was perfect for our weekend stay.The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of seating in the dining and living room.Beds were comfortable. Laundry room was a nice bonus! Mario was super helpful. Snow was expected and he offered us additional time to check out or stay over if needed.I would definitely book this home again!"

"The lake house was beautiful and peaceful. They’re were a few concerns the bedroom upstairs smelled musty the dishwasher smelled like mildew the towels were were old & looked used no new soap for the guest a felt like it was an overpriced stay. "

"Our stay was only one night, but it was a very fun night and morning. The property was beautiful. The walking trails were great for a morning walk. The goats and Shetland sheep were pretty cool to meet and pet. Michael the owner was a great host. The treasure hunt was a fun plus for the morning. Definitely would recommend. "Stayed here NYE because it was close to an event we were going to. Such a cute farm! Michael was a great host and was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He greeted us and took us to meet his sweet goats and sheep! The steampunk house was unique with surprises everywhere. Very happy with our stay!sweet"

"Siblings and family - RI natives - returned home for a funeral. Nick was a tremendous host and offered an early check-in without us asking. That ended up being a great blessing for the family that arrived early. The home is in a beautiful location and was as described and spotless upon arrival. Communication was first rate. "Very nice property Only suggestion would be in kichen.no measuring cups , mixer and dish drying rack next to sink. Am a cook and those cheap simple Things make a big deal. Minor but your stuck when you dont have it. A couple doesnt always use dishwasher . A rack would be handy__ I"
