"The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! Downsides, you cannot park nearby, no big deal except for the added cost. The manager is very nice and responsive. Improvements would only be additional lighting in the bathroom"

"At the price I did not expect perfection but difficult to find in the dark arrived after sundown could do with a bigger sign . Reception alerted by a large dog barking , breakfast ok but cold coffee the machine is. Probably faulty no one to tell"

They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. She even picked us up from the train station in Bellano and gave us a lift to the hotel! Manuela made us coffee before we set out for the day, and...

"Vanskelig å kommunisere med overnattingsstedet. Stod som opplysning ved bestilling at det flyplasstransport var mulig, men ved kontakt på telefon i forkant var det vanskelig å kommunisere på engelsk. Lå veldig avsides, og ikke mulig å finne noe å spise i nærheten da vi ankom på kvelden. Egentlig bare egnet for de som ankommer stedet med egen bil. Stort hus i en stor hage. Stille, rolig område, men sengene knirket av den minste bevegelse. "
