"Room 342D, was clean and large bathroom. Breakfast was fine, but area to get the food was very small. Food was okay. Got a 9 oz pour of wine at the bar. Bartender was not friendly. $14 for a 9 oz pour isn’t the issue if I got a 9 ounce pour. Bedroom did not come with luggage racks. That made it difficult for unpacking. Also, they only clean the room if you stay 3 nights. We were not informed about this. "

"The parking lot had had 1 car that must have been in an accident just sitting in a spot. There was some garbage, etc. around the back parking lot as well. The light coffee was not good. You can do better on that. The breakfast choices were ok, not amazing. You can do better on that. No microwave on the floors, only downstairs at the pantry. There was room near the ice machine to put a microwave. Would be much easier. Staff was great!!!"

"If I had a low-slung car, I wouldn't have been able to get to the hotel, the driveway is super steep and it snowed a lot. So here's a tip: if there's a forecast of snow, don't go in a low-slung car."

Great Place - Communication Could Improve

"This is a great location and well kept apartment with a lot of attention to details---they provided soap, shampoo, and a lot of other little things that most do not. The communication with the host was great while we were there, but really poor before and after the stay. We needed to alter our travel plans prior to arriving and I had to threaten to cancel the stay to get their attention. Since leaving, I have contacted them about an item we left behind and still have not heard from them. We'll still stay here again in the future, if it is available when we visit, but I encourage them to work on their communication."
