"Great location, comfortable room and excellent service. The views of the aqueduct are wonderful."

"Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise."

Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure. "

"There was no air conditioning and no hot water. Their suggestion was to open the windows— right next to a noisy busy highway! This is not a 3star hotel by anyone that went thru a bad stay like we did!!!"

"Reserved an economy room. The window only looked upon a ventilation shaft. And the room smelled a bit musty. For €10 more I switch to a room with a view and it was a whole lot better. I recommend an economy room with a view. It is worth the little bit more. "

"We reserved a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids, we include in the reservation the “breakfast-buffet” however the kids were not included. They let us know when they just set up a table for two. Besides from that everything was pristine."

"This is a purpose built hotel on edge of town, close by the motorway. There is an outdoor car park. Some building work was in progress but, other than closing the outdoor pool and surrounding area, this had no impact on our stay. There is also a small(ish) indoor pool and gym. There were English speaking staff on reception, at bar and in the restaurant. The bar was nice with good, very helpful, barman. We had a spacious well-equipped room which had everything you could reasonably want. We...
