The hotel was exceptionally clean(special thanks to Dewa housekeeping room attendant who serviced our room and made it spotless), and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.The service was top-notch—everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The plant-based cheese focaccia was a standout dish. The staff's attentiveness and helpfulness are unmatched; they provide a five-star experience. The rooms are great, with excellent quality. However, the general cleanliness of the pools could be improved, and some of the furniture in public areas, such as the daybeds around the pool, needs to be replaced. They look a little tired now. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and we can't wait to visit again."
