"Our family of four had an incredible stay at Chai T villa. The kids (ages 6 and 9) loved their upstairs bedroom while we enjoyed the spacious bedroom on the ground floor. The location is absolutely idyllic and peaceful, overlooking the swimming pool and rice fields beyond, with lovely shade throughout the day. "Terrible！ very disappointing.我們被安排住在一幢兩層高一共四間房的建築物（Rm.1-4）內裏設施簡陋，枕頭和毛巾有異味，冷熱水供應非常不穩定，時冷時熱（水熱的時候，是非常熱，但無法調較適合的水溫），滿地蟲蟻，毛巾和床鋪殘舊，都呈灰白色，十分不整潔。我們以為住進了他們的員工宿舍。因我們曾進入位於旁邊的獨立別墅視察，裏面的設施和我們住的房間簡直天淵之別。所以我們有被騙的感覺，是一次極之不愉快的經歷。"

"Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. "The villa is tucked away at the end of a quiet side road in Tibubeneng. It’s some way north of Jl Raya Canggu and you’ll need to leave at least 25-30 minutes to get to the beaches of Canggu by scooter (essential) given the normal S Bali traffic. Once behind the big wooden doors it’s very private with a small but lovely, shaded courtyard garden with plunge pool that gets the sun in the middle of the day. "Villa Namate was amazing. The staff who work here make it the best place to stay in all of Bali. It is like a personal resort. The grounds are fantastically pristine. "We had the most wonderful stay in Ubud at lovely Noka House. The villa itself is breathtaking along with its position near paddy fields. Lots of wildlife, birds and insects to keep us company. Nyoman, Ketut and Wayan are so gracious and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. "The villa is located in a very central area, the down side is if you were looking for a zen moment I am not too sure if this is the villa for you. Mrs Sippys is on backing on to the villa so you hear the party times most of the day and night. (They close at 10pm) Villa staff were amazing. We had a few maintenance problems. "Amazing property. Right in the city, but still feels like you are living in a peaceful outskirts of Bali. One of the best restaurants Ketela right outside your room. King Prawns there are a must have. The only disappointing thing wasy Spa and Massage experience. It was just okay. Other than that, everything aced. "

"The Komi management surprised me by upgrading my room to a plunge pool studio suite!! It was huge! Even has an induction stove! Bed was comfy but I guess I still like watching free to watch tv channels rather than YouTube and Netflix. A concern for this suite is the toilet and shower as it’s raised platform, it may challenging for older folks, young children and even for adults who had to wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet or even after a shower. Thank you for the late check out and Thank you for your hospitality! "
