"Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. "

"We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and this worked out fine. The location was great for getting to IUP. Definitely a bare bones kind of place, no napkins or even paper towels. No shampoos or soaps, and half of the light bulbs did not work. The traffic noise was very loud with the air conditioning units still in the windows. But it was pretty clean and we only needed a place to sleep."

"Spent four nights, with this Clearfield property being our home base, from which to visit my wife’s brother and some of her high school classmates in the Morrisdale/Philipsburg area. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bath. Smaller TV in the living area has cable. TV in bedroom sits too low to enjoy in bed. Bed is firm and comfortable. "My husband and our two sons came up to visit my older children, they live in nearby towns. Wanted a comfortable place we could stay that wasn’t cramped like a hotel. The place was very nice and clean, we really enjoyed our stay, very much caught up in the historical structure of the building. it has some very uniqueness, my husband being a carpenter by trade was very impressed!!! The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been the weather, no one can control that, would...

"Enjoyed our brief visit to Kittanning made better with this property! Chase was very responsive to our inquiries. The property was located above a store front on Jefferson. No problem with parking on street. The apartment was comfortable and Huge! We definitely will stay here again!"
