"The home is nice and the staff we met on the first day was also good. However the only air conditioning was in the bedrooms and 1 out of the 2 showers worked. I booked this property purposely for the 2 showers being a family of 5. The shower downstairs had rotting Sheetrock everywhere. We also had to kill scorpion one evening."

"We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."

"We very much liked this property: very clean, nice layout, right on one of the canals, perfect for 4 people. It was a little ways from the main “hustle & bustle” areas of Venice, so it would be considered a more quiet area of the city, but then you had to do a little more walking to get to where you wanted to go (which wasn’t so bad, because we got to see more!). "Property was as described. Massimo the property manager was easy to communicate with. He tried to accommodate our requests. Venice the city is not for anyone with mobility issues the bridges it made to difficult to travel "

Mosquitoes are a problem in this property. After arriving and finding windows opened by maid, we closed windows and used air conditioner. "Eliana is great to work with, our flight was delayed 5 hours and she had someone there late to check us into the property. The place is very nice and clean. It is one block from the tram stop to get in and out of Venice, it couldn’t be easier. This is a great place and I highly recommend it."
