"My stay was wonderful at the hotel. The staff was incredible, they are very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. Their facilities are plenty and fun to use. The pool are was splendid. I just have 3 elements that I was not glad with: 1. The water from the bathroom sink is not drinkable as it is chlorinated. 2. The dishes were not properly cleaned, I was always struggling to find a clean dish to eat breakfast or dinner. 3. In my room 531 in the bathroom where the glass is not properly sealed in the corner. Water was always falling down on the edge and was gathering on the floor. "

"A comfortable hotel, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and very near the bus station. The great added bonus was "The Green", an area where you could help yourself to wine, beer and snacks for free whenever you wanted. We didn't need to ask much of the staff, but when we did ask they were very helpful. Nice pool, though small, big enough to do some serious swimming in. I would happily return"

"A very nice complex with excellent staff and service and it is kept clean and tidy. The food and dining was good but it did deteriorate a little towards the end of our week as it got closer to the hotel closing at the end of the season. "

"Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is lovely, with excellent facilities and a very friendly staff. A couple of suggestions for improvement: The flies can be quite bothersome when sitting outside. While this is a common issue across Menorca, it would be helpful if the resort staff could take steps to minimize it within the property. The bedrooms could benefit from better soundproofing."
