"This hotel should not be a hotel. People should not be spending money to stay in this horrible place because you will not be able to sleep. The noise level is horrendous. People walking on the room upstairs all night, and I mean all night. The reception area closed at 7:00 and n one to complain about the noise. The room smells dirty. The bathroom smells like urine. The towels are dirty. The AC makes a horrible noise. There was a DJ who played music until 12:00 am, and no one to complain. "

"This is a beautiful place to stay and very relaxing. We were busy with outside activities so didn’t get to enjoy the pool like we would have liked. They have a washer and drier on site for guests to use free of charge and after traveling around the country for 2 weeks before arriving this was handy. "

"Totally warm-hearted family who makes you feel at home instantly. We would come here again just for a nice chat and dinner with Heyner and Jenny. "This is a piece of heaven on earth!! Peggy answered every question we had and gave us extra tips as well! Trina and Jorge were amazing and even (for a small fee) picked up some groceries for us and had those for us upon arrival!
