Luis our waiter is exceptional. It’s a short walk to the beach. I would recommend Hotel Ibiza to family and friends."

"The food was great, especially the international and the Latin restaurant! The breakfast buffet was the best! The staff were also very friendly and attentive! Mattie, the sweet cook that made our eggs every morning was just amazing! She was always smiling and happy to be cooking for us. Francis that greeted us during the breakfast buffet was also fantastic! So cheerful and very welcoming! We did not stay on the premiere side so our room was dated but we still had a great time at the resort! If you want to upgrade and have a better room then pay extra to stay on the premiere side. We do not stay in our room long enough to really care about that! The beach is not for swimming but we went on an excursion to Isla Tortuga for the best beach experience! A must tour! The resort has many pool games and activities but just know that it is mainly in Spanish. We wish it was more in English but we still had fun participating in some of the activities! Overall, we had such an amazing vacation there and highly recommend it! "

"We will be back! We brought my elderly parents and family to Costa Rica for our family vacation. It was absolutely perfect in every aspect from early planning, to support in scheduling fun adventures, incredible beaches, and most importantly, a beautiful home stocked with everything you need. As soon as we booked the home, Wade reached out to provide important information including activities to consider, car rentals, airlines and introduce us to Johann, who manages the property. Prior to arriving we had already scheduled a few activities that were appropriate for my elderly parents. They also introduced me to Alex, who has tremendous knowledge of the ecosystem and animals, and we did several adventures with him and learned so much. I highly recommend working with Johann to schedule tours with Alex!Also, we spent some time on the beautiful beach of Playa Blanca. We were able to do some snorkeling there and it was very safe. The Punta Leona resort with pools, nature area and butterfly farm was family friendly and super fun!While the drive from the gate to the home is about 20 minutes, there is so much to do locally. A golf cart is recommended to get to and from a the pools and beach. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Wade, Johann, Rosa and Alex and they were always available to us to answer questions or provide recommendations on grocery locations, restaurants and activities. And the whole area is highly secure and safe. Thank you!"

"Beautiful setting and spectacular view from our room. The pool is beautiful! The beach is nice, but access to the water is a bit challenging. The service in the restaurant is a bit slow, but not a huge deal, considering the view. All of the food was excellent, as were the cocktails"
