"We can't say enough about the AC Miraflores. Not only it is an exceptional hotel but staff went above and beyond when my husband and I got sick. They made arrangements to take us to the Urgent Care and Lenny went with us to help us with translations etc. Lenny was incredible and we would not have made it to Machu Pichu without his assistance. He was a real blessing to us, even following up with us the next day. Please let Lenny know the Sanders did make it to Machu Pichu and thanks to his kind heart and assistance it was the lifetime experience we were hoping for. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! The hotel even made us chicken soup and brought to our room. The hotel really is wonderfu and the location is perfect. A lot within walking distance and is a very safe location. I felt safe walking by myself as a woman at night in search of medicine. Thank you AC Miraflores for helping to salvage our trip and make our stay a memorable one. Hope to see you again one day.
