"By The Sea Guesthouse is a bit far from downtown, but in a quiet area, which is nice! It's a 20,000 to 25,000 COP taxi ride to go downtown but easy to find a taxi and only takes a few minutes. "Love that it was very close to the beach and little markets around the corner. Restaurants are easily accessible here and the area is quiet as well. AC came in very handy as it is very humid in this area. The power went out one afternoon but it was able to come back on after couple hours (not uncommon for power to go out).
