"2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us."

When we first came the place was quite dusty and very hot (seems almost as if nobody was expecting us) but thanks to air-conditioning and a broom I found on the back porch we took care of this. "Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The property was spacious, clean, and we had all of the amenities we could have possibly needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and maintains a great home. We had no issues at all, appreciated its location in proximity to beaches, supermarkets, and food options. The pool was wonderful and the area was quiet. I would most definitely book this property again, it was a highlight of our trip."
