"2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us."

"We had a nice time. The location is as advertised, the views are terrific. When we first came the place was quite dusty and very hot (seems almost as if nobody was expecting us) but thanks to air-conditioning and a broom I found on the back porch we took care of this. We were surprised that the place consists of 2 units (maybe it says it somewhere but I did not notice). "Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

The website says that there will be information sent three days ahead of time but I had emailed Franck anyways and he didn’t seem to know this. His replies to my messages were very fast.
