Located inside the exclusive Punta Mita gated community and part of a boutique condominium complex “Las Terrazas”, Condo Palma Azul is a beautifully decorated, serene condo overlooking the pool and one of the two Jack Nicklaus golf courses available on site. Relax enjoying the view in one of the condo's 3 private terraces while sipping a glass of wine or your morning Nespresso. Enjoy access to 5 private beach clubs (Including St Regis and El Surf) each one with a different beach experience, view and amenities. Feeling adventurous? While at the beach clubs why not hone your surfing, sailing or paddle boarding skills, all equipment readily available for you and your family to enjoy. After a morning enjoying the beach you can hit the gym, play tennis or take a bike ride or a run on Punta Mita's numerous scenic bike trails, to put an end to a marvelous day indulge on delicious meal cooked by a professional chef or a traditional Mexican cook with out having to leave the condo.
If your are interested un Mexican culture and folklore, take a 10 minute drive to picturesque surfer towns of La Cruz or Sayulita where you will be able to shop beautiful Mexican Handcrafts and enjoy traditional Mexican food.
Condo Palma Azul is located in the Bahia building inside Las Terrazas, the only buiding away from Punta Mita’s service road (used by construction trucks and workers), making it the most quiet and peaceful, it is also located on the third of four floors of the bulding, filling it with beautiful natural light and, on a clear day, allowing a glimpse of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta in the distance. The condo is also located on a corner facing the South Pool which has the best lounge area of Las Terrazas, just a few steps away from your door.

Beautiful PM condo
We had a wonderful time at Elisa's condo. We've stayed in Las Terrazas before but this was an even better experience. The patio has a wonderful view for sunrise and sunset, and the community is conveniently located within the gates between all the best beach clubs. The golf cart fit our group perfectly, and the concierge and housekeeping did a great job for us each day! We definitely did not want to leave. Best stay in Punta Mita so far.

Dream Vacation
We had one of our best family vacations ever here. This condo is perfect for a family- location, layout, pool, patio, kitchen, etc… Daniella our concierge was incredibly responsive and helpful. We rented the golf cart with the unit and it was perfect for visiting the many beach clubs in the area. We will absolutely be back next year!

Family Spring Break

Lovely Condo
We loved our time here over Thanksgiving week. Pretty and comfortable furnishings all around, and a well-stocked kitchen. The huge deck is fabulous. The bunk room is a bit tight for taller/larger people, but there’s lots of great common space. A perfect home base in Punta Mita!

Wonderful winter break
My family and I recently returned from a blissful 5 day stay at this property and had a wonderful time. We were joined by our great family friend and her three year old daughter. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and we had a fantastic time at the beach clubs, especially the St. Regis and the Kappuri clubs. The golf cart was a huge bonus and we hope to return again sooner versus later.

Great stay!
We stayed at Elisa's beautiful condo over New Year's with three teenagers. The accuracy of the listing was top notch-the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and we had enough space to spread out. It was easy to communicate with Elisa and she was very gracious about an accident we had with the glass cover of her stove. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Stay
Spacious condo with wonderful outside terraces providing views of the morning sunrise and evening sunset. Concierge and housekeeping were excellent, very attentive, and helped make our vacation very relaxing. This condo has a great location, close to town, tennis, golf and many of the beaches. Access to all four beach clubs added a lot of variety to our trip. We will come back!

This condo is amazing!!! Elisa has literally thought of everything! She had a sweet note and gift for us when’s arrived. She even had beach bags in the closets for us to use! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Highly recommend renting their condo.

Great last minute trip!
Our family of four spent a little over a week at this condo. We are frequent visitors to Punta Mita and booked our most recent trip about a couple days prior to arrival. I was a little nervous, knowing that there is a little bit of preparation involved when arranging past visits. Our trip was fantastic from start to finish. The property manager was super responsive in welcoming us as soon as the condo was booked. Our concierge, Oscar, did an amazing job arranging all of our needs in such a short amount of time. He was attentive and responded promptly to all of our requests. Despite the short notice and the area definitely seeing more visitors compared to the previous October, we were still able to eat at all of our favorite restaurants and the owners were kind to allow us use of their personal golf cart (all available rentals were booked). The condo was decorated very beautifully and very comfortable for our needs. It was my husband and two of our kids and it was just the right amount of space for us to relax in at the end of the day. We had access to all of the club amenities and the beach clubs are all great. Our favorites however, are Pacifico and El Surf Club! The several balconies on the unit were spacious and nice to relax on as well. This visit was also our first since the new Covid testing rules (we haven’t been since last January) and testing within the gates was super easy! My husband and I had some concerns about the testing to get home part, but all of our fears are gone, and we are looking forward to an additional visit in December! If you are thinking about it, just go! :) We definitely will consider this property when the need arises again! Thanks so much for a perfect week!

Relaxing Punta Mita vacation
Quiet, serene, cozy and conveniently located to restaurants and wonderful beaches. The concierge Daniella was so helpful and accommodating and took great care of our family of 5 by making all our dinner reservations and scheduling activities. Great vacation!

Amazing & relaxing adventure in Punta Mita
From the time we arrived we felt taken care of by the staff. There was a fabulous big bowl of fresh handmade guacamole and chips that hit the spot after a day of travel. The location and residence were exactly what we expected and then some. The expansive outdoor area was really nice and we enjoyed our evening margaritas while watching the sunset on many a night. Having use of the golf cart was an added bonus that we were happy to pay a bit more for. Being mobile from the moment we arrived was really nice. We popped down to one of the beach clubs and got our vacation started right away. The residence was clean, well decorated with art and the pay it forward liquor cabinet was another lovely unexpected perk that made us feel like being in a home instead of a hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the daily cleaning service was a real treat. Every day we came back to a tidy home and that added to the relaxation of our stay. The kitchen was fully supplied for all our needs and made daily living seamless, just like we were home. The WiFi was solid and there were no issues even with long zoom business calls. I'm sure there is more that I am missing. The overall experience by all of us that stayed there was a 10 out of 10. We will be returning here again. Beautiful family vacations
We had an amazing time!. We enjoyed the house a lot. In the kitchen you can find ANYTHING that you may need. Super comfortable spaces for reading, hanging and having a good time. The house is decorated in a lovely way, like straight out from a magazine. And everything looks brand new. The pool is gorgeous as well and a lot of fun for the kids. Will definitely go back again soon.

Very nice condo located in Las Terrazas complex inside the gates in PM. Really well decorated. 2 masters plus a very narrow bunk room. Large deck overlooking golf course. Very responsive host, very responsive concierge and everyday housekeeper. Make sure you rent the new 6 seater golf cart that is available with the unit.

We really did enjoy the stay. The property manager was very professional. The maid was incredible. We thought the beds were very frim we are used to a softer feel and we all agreed on that subject. We do allot of cooking we are al chefs. Would have liked a BBQ so we bought a small one and gave it to you. If I stayed again I would need a bed topper. otherwise very nice place. A nice grill would be great!

Wonderful vacation and Beautiful property!!
The property and location couldn't have been more perfect. It was well appointed, had any and all amenities we could need, 10/10 service, and was in a quite area with zero disturbances. The patio was a beautiful place to relax after spending all day at any of the nearby beach clubs. The owner let us use her golf cart which made getting around extremely easy and it was also one of the nicer golf carts. The location of the property was perfect and the Terrazas pool was excellent. Overall we would definitely recommend staying in Elisa's property and will very likely be back soon!
