Come enjoy this oasis in the gated community of Tortuga Bay. Attention to details makes this villa the perfect choice for your vacation.

5 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, on-site cook and housekeeping, family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for a game of pool, or another upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front gardens.

The bigger pool heated of Tortuga Bay (84 F, 50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiants.

Outdoor movie screen and sound system. The screen can be seen from the pool, lower terrace and upper terrace.

Property is surrounded by lush vegetation and palms giving you plenty of privacy. Plenty of space for the kids to run and play.

Family Trip
Sunshine villa was amazing for our family trip. Communication leading up to the trip was easy and very helpful. The property itself was as good as advertised. Beautiful yard, pool, and neighborhood. The staff was incredible and the chef was equally as great. We hope to come back!

Wonderful experience
We had a fantastic experience at Sunshine Villa. We were originally going to stay at a large resort and we are so thankful we went this route instead. The villa is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The house staff is kind and helpful and the chef is amazing. We enjoyed the access to the beach clubs and those amenities. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful home and staff! Pool and outdoor movie screen provided fun both day and night. Rent golf carts for quick ride to beaches. Don’t miss the lagoons! Everyone great to work with. 85 with blue skies all week. A true paradise.

Punta Cana Dream!
This was one of the nicest and as importantly one of the most hospitable places we've stayed. I was with a group of friends and we were greeted and treated like royalty the entire week! The house was perfect, great location, very friendly and accommodating staff and it will be a place we visit again soon!

Never Wanted to Leave!
The overall property and experience was magical! There were different beaches and golfing to choose from, and everyone in my family was happy with all the options! The house was beautiful and well-maintained. The chef and housekeepers were absolutely phenomenal! It really made our trip! We loved Oscar’s cooking so much that we canceled some of our reservations at restaurants so we could eat more of his food! We also ended up extending our stay by two nights because we just didn’t want to go home!

Our stay was great! The home is beautiful, spacious, and the staff are amazing. The home is only air conditioned in the bedrooms which was unexpected. The air condition in certain rooms didn't produce much cool air but overall everything was great. The host, Leny, is a great host.

The Best Stay Ever
Our stay at Villa Sunshine was absolutely wonderful!! Oliver and Lenka, as well as the rest of the ladies consistently went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. The house was as beautiful as it was comfortable and the food was delicious! We can wait to come back again next year!!!

This was an amazing vacation. Home was excellent and we loved it and hope to return. The staff was top notch food was so well prepared that we did not eat out even once. House was fabulous and plenty of anything needed. Fantastic management and staff couldn’t have been better. Anna and adalina were super attentive and fantastic in delivering service. Chef Eddie is a great guy and cook. I’d easily recommend this villa and beach in front of la Cana clubhouse a short golf cart ride away.

My family had a 7 night stay and it was awesome, everything we hoped for and more. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Chef Charles was fantastic, he cooking was out of this world. I wish I could bring him home with me. We couldn’t get the outdoor screen to work, and the house manger Manuel, tried but couldn’t fix. Hot water was hit or miss, but it was bearable. Amazing villa
From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was so nice and always helpful. The chef made the most spectacular meals, and after each one we were convinced he couldn’t beat it, but somehow he always did. The owners were lovely to work with and very responsive. Would highly recommend the sunshine villa!

The Best Family/Friends Vacation
My husband and I travel to the DR quite a bit and we always try somewhere new to stay. This time we selected this home in Punta Cana Resort and we'd agree that to date, it has been our best vacation yet. This home is well situated for young kids. They loved the pool and the movie screen at night. We all enjoyed Chef Francisco's food and the other staff was incredibly helpful. The home is very clean and well maintained. From pick up at the airport, arrival to the home, assistance while we were staying there to return to the airport, this team made everything incredibly easy. This is a home we are excited to go back to very soon. I cannot recommend this home and this team enough!

Amazing experience with access to beautiful beaches and beach club. In house chef prepared great meals and staff was attentive to every need. It’s hard to sum this up because everything was amazing!! Leny (host), Manuel (property mgr), Leandro (driver), Anthony (chef) and Ana/Francea (house staff) made this my most memorable vacation. An amazing week!!
We had a fantastic week staying at the Sunshine Villa. We were 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-10) and it was just perfect. Everything was as beautiful as in the pictures and the food was amazing. Leny provided us some sample menus but what the chef made for us was far more exciting and delicious! Filet mignon, lobster, paella, options for the kids, etc. We mostly used the Weston facilities for the beach and they were perfect for our group. I never want to go to a resort again after this wonderful experience! 10/10!!

There is no rating high enough. The house was spectacular. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had the trip of a lifetime. We loved this house and staff!!
The house and staff were amazing! Ana’s attention to detail was 1st class. Esteban the chef out did him self for every meal. House keeper was great and you didn’t even know she was there. There was a special show put on that was super fun. I highly recommend this one! Owner also has 2 other properties in Tortuga that are just as special. We shall definitely return to this one..

Best Vacation Ever
Five star experience beginning to end. Excellent communication with owners. Chef Francisco was phenomenal. Anna and other helper kept house so clean & helped make it so we didn’t lift a finger. Owners surprised us with an incredible fire show & the outdoor movies made a perfect wind down. So relaxing & beautiful. We were completely pampered & taken care of like royalty. We had 4 teens with us who loved riding around Resort in the golf cart, too. Thank you so much for a Perfect Stay!
