"Three of us enjoyed this upstairs apartment centrally located in the commercial area of Saugatuck. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the nearby river. Parking was easy and convenient behind our building as well as down the street. Beds were very comfortable, and we loved kicking back in the living room. We could open the door to the small balcony and enjoy the fall breeze coming through. Kitchen was adequate but we ate out for all meals. "

"The unit was great for a weekend stay for two. We really enjoyed how it is very cute and beach-housy. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is a bit dated but functional. "I stayed here with two friends to celebrate my birthday. We had a fantastic time. The Cozy Nook is downtown so everything is within walking distance. The pullout couch was actually comfortable, which I find is rare! The only issue we had was it was very very cold. The only heater for the place is in the bedroom. We turned it up to 75 when we arrived, then went to dinner. When we got back, it was still freezing. We turned on the living room fan to hopefully help circulate the air from the heater....
