"Preisleistung hervorragend! Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert. Das Bad ist sehr sauber, relativ kleines Zimmer, aber alles da, was man brauchte. Die Zimmer nach vorne sind am Wochenende etwas lauter, weil mehrere Restaurants und Bars lange aufhaben."

"Kleine schöne Pension mit Kneipe. Sehr freundliches Personal, hübsche, saubere und zweckmäßige Zimmer. Die Arena ist schnell zu erreichen, die UBahn direkt vor der Tür. Der Flughafen in der Nähe und der "Lärm" haben uns nicht gestört. Für einen Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen. "

"The smells like an ashtray. The air was suffocating. The beds was 2 very small twin beds together that keep separating as we slept. No room service . No wifi provided. No stuff at night. Electric outlets were sparking when you plug a charger. Shower head broken ....😡😠😠"

"Anfangs waren wir verdutzt das der Burghof nicht mehr Burghof hieß . Haben vom Wirt erfahren das der Name am 1.9.19 gewechselt hat. Schlüsseübergabe um 16.30 im Restaurant. Deswegen frühere Anreise nicht nötig. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Bei Abreise Schlüssel in Briefkasten. Völlig problemlos. Immer wieder gern !"

"check in was extremely efficient: i got the code and could enter into the building without any problem. hotel was also good, very good value for money. both U and S bahn are within 10 minutes walking away."

"Checkin available only 5-8 PM. My room was very small and uncomfortable. The area is worst fior a hotel. My room was kept very cold. To save energy- I normally lik cold but that was too cold. 3% surcharge was added for paying with credit card. The manager is obviously trying to squeeze out every penny for this facility. There were much better options for equal or lower price in the Cologne area but I got stuck with this bad choice."

"The hotel insisted we hadn’t paid when we arrived despite my proving i had paid 6 months previously. VRBO couldn’t/didn’t help and despite talking to an agent who said they would be back in touch no communication was received. The host eventually turned up at the hotel after we were in bed. Also turns out that the host charged us more than the hotel would have done - an extra £50 over the two nights. The hotel is brilliantly located but apart from that it is very very basic and like walking back...
