"Spotless and extremely well equipped this is a lovely self contained house at the bottom of Linda’s garden. Definitely 5* Linda’s has thought of everything. Quiet and perfectly positioned to explore the Bay of Islands area. Linda was very attentive to our needs but not in the slightest intrusive. Highly recommended with lovely walks into town and around the area in the bush and by the river."

"We enjoyed our stay at this 'kombi' themed cottage - accurately described on the website and without any interruption from the outside world. A couple of points we feel would make it even more comfortable;As advertised, the TV is only connected to the DVD player and there is NO 'free to air' TV stations or online sites available. We think access to 'free to air' channels (TV1, TV2, TV3, etc) would be a great improvement.The beds had sheets with Winter weight duvets but there were no Summer...

There is a full kitchen and a washing machine.We were 2 adults and 2 children, one of the kids slept on a matress on the floor in the living room but it was perfect for what we needed.Doug was very responsive when we needed anything. The only slight down side is that it wasn't very private when using the outdoor area. "

"We arrived and entered our apartment. There was a strong smell of RAID bug spray and water was leaking on floor by sink and dishwasher. Contacted Bachcare and the said it did not smell according to property manager. The smell was so bad that even with the door open I could not sleep as it gave me a headache and sore throat. That night I had to sleep in our car. The next day property manager came over and saw leak and smelt odour. We were moved to unit beside ours which had no smell or water...

The whole room was spotless and furnishings were new and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful.
