"On the web site it showed a hot tub which there wasn't one ! one of the reasons we booked this bach. This has since been removed. Also was not advised of the severe water shortage (heads up would have been nice) and someone was going to come round and measure what was in the tank - no-one came we were very conservative with the water and would have been anyway if we had been told..Maybe a reduction in the daily rate would have been welcome due to the above. "As a group we have stayed here before and again it did not disappoint. This is a remote bach and therefore do not expect all the comforts of a major city but that is why we will continue to return. That and the outstanding scenerey, location, access to the epic fishing grounds including the harbour. I live in Whanganui and this trip is well worth the 14 hrs drive, towing a boat. Aware that sounds bizarre but if your a fisherman this location is paradise. Much appreciated to hosts. Lee"

"My husband and I stayed at this home for 3 nights in February 2023. Everything about the stay was perfect. The home is positioned on a corner next to a quiet boat launch which made for easy access to the beach (which was beautiful - we swam every day!). The features of the home created an outdoor living space with their big windows and retractable sunshades. The kitchen was big enough to host many guests with the many seating options and large prep spaces. We will definitely stay here again when...
