"The hotel location is excellent, few minutes walk to the old city, 10 minutes walk to ferry terminal and airport shuttle Staff, they were ALL amazing, specifically Olga who helped me to upgrade my room with no charge when she saw that my original room wasn't functioning well. Also, Yurii at the reception, very cheerful, helpful, and polite . Restaurant, was very good,varieties were good enough to start the day.. i want to thank Edwardo at the restaurant he was extremely kind and helpful Thanks everyone for your hospitality Emad "

"This hotel is directly in the palace, for the reason you experience the activity and the noise of the area. The rooms are big and beautiful and due to the stone quiet but noise can enter the windows. This place is not suitable if you can not lift your bags up stairs, and you must not have mobility challenges. Staff are lovely and the hotel is fascinating. "

"Staff were wonderful and so helpful. The hotel itself is immaculate, very clean and beautifully designed, rooms are big and well equipped. The indoor pool and spa is gorgeous and the gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen. Once the construction work on the beach is completed it will be an amazing location. Just be warned that there are no outdoor pools or sunbathing areas available at this hotel out of season. We had a couple of days of really good weather and had to go hunting for other beaches/hotels for sunbathing - not easy to find either off season!"

"This property was a very fun boutique hotel. We stayed in the annex which was a little walk from the hotel itself. Very nice! Quiet and well taken care of. You would not want to stay here if climbing stairs is an issue. Lots of steps with No elevator. If you can do with that then it’s a great place to stay. Awesome breakfast!! "
