"We had a wonderful stay. Marilyn provided everything we needed and promptly communicated before and during our stay. The property location in Luquillo is great. A short easy drive to El Yunque and Farjardo areas, and a 40min drive to San Juan. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The beach at the property is beautiful. "This property is in a fabulous location - right on the beach. The beach has rentable chairs and umbrellas from local vendors and was enjoyable for our entire family.The pool deck was still under construction so we didn't get to see it.The property was clean, the AC was cool - we spent most of our time sightseeing and by the ocean!Great value for a great location!"

"We had a fantastic experience with our stay. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. We had a hard time finding the building because the signs had been taken off in the hurricanes, but once there, check in and check it was a breeze. It is a great condo a short walk from the beach. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

It clean and has a large patio with your own grill.comes with two parking spaces and gated entry. The host is great and we were met there by Berto who showed us around and how everything works. "If you’re looking for a panoramic ocean view place, look no further!! My family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this property. The gem of this place is the top floor. It is a little suite with kitchenette, bathroom and HUGE balcony over looking the ocean. There’s a ton of seating up here, a table of 4, 4 loungers, an l-shape couch and 2 bar stools, (just like the pix).
