"The location of the condo is literally at the end of the road on the Southwest corner of the island. The view from the 3rd floor unit is incredible with waterviews from every window. With the shutters open on all three sides we had no need for AC despite the 90 degree temps outside. "The condo was neat, clean and very cozy. Check in instructions were clear and accurate. Our host, Maria, was friendly and responsive. I especially liked the laundry facilities inside the unite. Note that the view of the ocean is mostly obstructed by trees. The location is great; it's close to numerous activites and dining options. Be sure to check out downtown Cabo Rojo."

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Quiet community pool was nice. We started following cars parked and people walking from the beach. About a 2 mile walk to the most beautiful secluded beach I've ever been to. Close to a quaint little town with good restaurants (Annies) and another beautiful beach. The house was just what we needed for the 4 of us for a few nights as we were exploring the island over the week of our stay. "

"Great unit, clean and as described. We rented two condos in the same complex for our big group. Nine stayed comfortably in this unit with tons of space. Gated community with nice landscaping and had Christmas decorations. Rooms were comfortable and unit included kitchen appliances and dishes (could use more bowls), air conditioning throughout, washer/dryer, and beach towels.
