"The room was fair enough but the phone in the room did not work and there was no refrigerator.That was an issue because I`m diabetic and I need to keep my meds cool.I was able to get a cooler from the store and fill it with ice, that took care of that problem. The TV control did not work but they replaced it after I took it back to the front desk. If you`re looking for a cheap clean room this is a good place to consider. I will not be my first choice next time in Penasco but it did the job this...

The house is terrific, right on the beach with a big patio and plenty of chairs. Loved having morning coffee out there. The rooms were big and comfy. Close to town. In short this house has all you need for a great beach stay "
