"We were met at the house by the wonderful caretaker Karina, she showed us how to use everything thing and gave us her number incase of any problems. The house is terrific, right on the beach with a big patio and plenty of chairs. Loved having morning coffee out there. The rooms were big and comfy. Close to town. In short this house has all you need for a great beach stay "

"The day we got there we noticed ants by the front door. Eventually they made there way in through the front door and through the outlet to the microwave. I asked for bug spray maintenance never came. The ants were on the kitchen counters and coming through the back door. There was no ac in the main house only in the master bedroom that had it’s own ac unit was working In the hall bathroom there was no hot water and hardly any water came out of the shower. We had to take showers in the master...

"Always love staying in this area. Quiet, not to many locals trying to sale stuff, friendly neighbors and close enough to town and far enough to be private. Only suggestion is to update the furniture, new cushions for the futons, new bar stools that are sturdy, and new sturdy patio chairs. Discard the broken ones. Patio furniture isn’t a large expense especially the type of patio chairs that are there. Didn’t realize one of the legs on a chair I sat in was broke and the chair collapsed on me...

"Pleasant stay; relaxing. Apartment was close walking distance to a nice quiet beach. The road out to Choya Bay is rather bumpy, fast driver will mess up their shocks… The only other bump in the stay was that the wifi was unavailable for the duration of the stay, and the televisions don’t work(?) idk couldn’t figure them out. Altogether a good experience as we were mostly just wanting to get away from the everyday hustle. Thank you host Scott."

"We brought our adult kids and their children down for Spring Break and had a great time. Location of the house right on the beach was great for the kids. We could lounge on the patio or be on the beach and have clear view of the kids. Wifi was great as some of our adult children had to do some work. House worked well for our 3 families and enjoyed our family vacation!"
