"Wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good food. Nice pool area. Pool could use a little more cleaning of leaves, etc. but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Nice big rooms with high ceilings. A/C had to work hard to keep it cool. Fantastic river tour with our guide and constant companion, Santos. Would definately recommend! "

"A nice room with a nice patio overlooking the lovely and large garden. Breakfast was nice and they didn't mind that we arrived late. We enjoyed going just next door to the puma rescue center to see many indigenous animals. This place was great for a night after arriving LIR airport before we kept going on our Costa Rica vacation."

"We consider ourselves fortunate to have the privilege of staying at this spectacular architecture designed home. The property has a master bedroom with attached ensuite as well as 2 additional bedrooms and an additional washroom. We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with “extras” such as paper towels, napkins, salt, pepper, other spices, sugar and coffee. We were met at the gate and given a tour of the house at check-in. The grounds are large and very private. Attached to the kitchen is a huge outdoor living area with seating and eating areas. I want to mention the high quality linens - both bedding and towels. The house and outdoor living areas were spotless. Something we appreciate was the quality of the roads leading to the house (if you have driven off the main roads in Costa Rica, you know what I am talking about). Any questions we had were answered promptly. The property is managed by the owner and pride of ownership shows through out the whole property! We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity ever arose. "

"The house was very clean and spacious. It looks just like the pictures! I was traveling with my 78 year old mother, and my adult children along with the first grandchild. We had a total of 11 adults plus the infant. My mother uses a wheelchair and was very impressed with how easily she was able to move around. All of the doorways are wheelchair accessible. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool was maintained daily. We got to experience the natural wildlife, being woke by the sounds of the howling monkeys that lived in the trees around the house and saw many iguanas. The caretaker Noy who also lives on the property at the end of the driveway was amazing! She never disturbed us but promptly answered any questions we had, my mother enjoyed talking with her. We definitely would come back again and recommend this place!"

"The room was good. Beds were comfortable. However, as I read in previous comments, cleanliness was really poor, specially in the bathroom. There was a crockroach in the toilet when we arrived. "
