"The property was clean and quiet. The staff, especially the Concierge Ester, were all very helpful. We mistakenly left something in the room when we checked out, and when we realized it and returned to the hotel the maid was bringing the item to the front desk. We were so relieved! It was an easy walk to the plaza and the malecon. Highly recommend this property."
