"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"Really friendly staff, always willing to help. Good selection of food at breakfast and drinks in the evening, plus some live entertainment! Hotel is one black back from the beech in a quiet area. Only a 5 minute walk from the main square so ideally placed. It was our second visit but won't be our last. Would recommend if you want a relaxing stay in Pollenca. "
