The villa is located in an area with good communication between Pollensa and the much sought after beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Formentor and Cala San Vicente, which will allow you to easily access these towns.

Inside, the villa offers a spacious living room, with lots of natural light, where you can rest and spend time with your loved ones.
It also has a separate, fully equipped kitchen, which will allow you to prepare your favorite meals with your family and friends.
It has two rooms on the ground floor and one more room on the first floor. On the first floor there are also two bathrooms, while on the ground floor there is another additional bathroom.

The villa has a beautiful pool and a lawned garden where you can cool off, relax, sunbathe and enjoy the good Mediterranean climate. In addition, it has a large porch with tables for outdoor dining after preparing a good barbecue on the barbecue.
