Beautiful, fully furnished apartment on the ground floor right by the pool! Private, large terrace with access to the solar-heated pool in a quiet top location with dream sea views and views of the Loropark. Free WIFI and stereo system, spacious bedroom with large window and sun protection, kitchen, space for washing machine, living room with couch. Full bath with shower tray and laundry.

From the living room direct access to the own outdoor terrace and from there access to the pool, the spacious sun terrace with palm trees, pool chairs and shower, panoramic views of the Teide, Atlantic and Punta Brava lying in the hillside directly behind the Loro Park.

3 minutes drive or 9 minutes walk to the popular Playa Jardin beach, bodyboarding, snorkeling rocks, volleyball net, seafood restaurants, steakhouse, Canary theme restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy. Ideal for families / couples, parking at the house! Road end position, no traffic!

A well equipped apartment. Great swimming pool. Ten minutes from a few restaurants. 40 minute walk to the centre of town. At the top of a steep hill when returning so resorted to taxis at night.

The flat is perfectly situated in a quiet but very central location. It is very well equipped and well looked after. Direct pool access from the terrace with beautiful views was an added bonus. We received a nice welcome from Esteban upon arrival. Communication before and throughout our stay was very friendly and prompt. Happy to recommend and looking forward to booking again.

Toller Aufenthalt!
Schönes, kleines Apartment, welches für den Urlaub super eingerichtet ist. Schöne Terrasse, welche einen direkten Zugang zum Pool hat, der von allen Wohneinheiten genutzt werden kann. Aussenlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns wurde nach der Schlüsselübergabe alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Eine ideale Unterkunft zur Erkundung dieser schönen Insel. Morgens frühstücken mit Meerblick und Palmen. Für mich war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Loropark ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Für alles andere ist aber ein Mietwagen sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage der gesamten Anlage ist aber dafür sehr ruhig. Der Pool bedarf etwas Überwindung zum Reinspringen. Aber es war ja auch keine Badesaison. Ich habe mich trotzdem nicht davon abhalten lassen. In der wärmeren Jahreszeit sicher ideal. Die Ausstattung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung, an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen. Für die Aussenanlagen scheint sich eigens jemand täglich um alles zu kümmern. Kurzum, für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Viele Grüße Martin

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wirklich unglaublich ausgestattet! Es fehlt an gar nichts! Kommunikation mit allen ist super und sehr freundlich. Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung und schöne Anlage. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder! Der Pool ist allerdings definitiv nicht beheizt. Das ist nicht schlimm für uns, man sollte es einfach nur nicht behaupten....

Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse
Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber man hat alles, was man braucht… Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Sitzecke auf der Terrasse sehr gemütlich, wunderbar zum Frühstück und am Abend. Die Anlage ist gut zu erreichen , das Einchecken mit Estefano sehr gut.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Hier werden wirklich alle Wünsche erfüllt! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Bett unglaublich bequem und die Terrasse mit Sitzecke/Liegestühlen schenkt einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Küste der Punta Brava. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Hier kann man gut einige Wochen verbringen :) Gerne wieder!

Immer wieder schön!
Nicht zum ersten Mal sind wir in Puerto, aber zum ersten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist praktisch und funktionell eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen umwerfenden Blick auf Puerto und das Meer. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt und empfehlenswert auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Ansprechpartner vor Ort an der Anlage empfangen worden. Er hat uns alles erklärt was wir wissen mussten. Leider war der Pool etwas kühl. Aber es gibt wohl aktuell ein Problem mit der Heizung, das in absehbarer Zeit gelöst wird. Wir haben den Pool gar nicht benutzt, da wir ständig unterwegs waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für die tolle Betreuung!

Nette kleine Auszeit vom Alltag
Wir haben die Ferienwoche für eine Woche gebucht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Esteban, der Hauswart vor Ort, hat uns die Wohnung geöffnet und uns die gesamte Ferienanlage gezeigt. Hierfür möchten wir noch einmal danken. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, besonders hat uns der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Pool gefallen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub!
Der Empfang vor Ort war sehr herzlich und die abgestimmte Zeit für die Schlüsselübergabe wurde pünktlich eingehalten. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durch die Wohnung konnte der Urlaub sofort losgehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Auf der Terrasse kann man es sich gemütlich machen und den herrlichen Ausblick genießen. Nach ausgedehnten Spaziergängen kann man sich im Hauseigenen Pool abkühlen. Alles ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Wohnungsverwalter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht !
Kurzentschlossen haben wir ein paar freie Tage genutzt, um ein wenig Sonne zu tanken. Auf der Suche nach einer passenden Bleibe sind wir auf diese hübsche Ferienwohnung gestossen. Oberhalb des Loroparks hatten wir eine wundervollen Blick auf Puerto, Loropark und natürlich das Meer. In der Wohnung fanden wir alles was man braucht. Besonders haben wir morgens unserern Kaffee und Abends die Flasche Wein auf der Terrasse genossen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
