"There was a hammock in the room - we loved it. Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. It was difficult to get a taxi to the pier in the morning and the walk isn’t too far (15-20 min) but we had heavy bags so it was inconvenient. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "

Each morning featured a delicious, different hot meal, freshly prepared and beautifully served. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from the center of town, close enough to everything while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself is charming, with lovely design touches and a small pool in the courtyard that adds a relaxing, tropical vibe. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Santa Cruz! It truly made our Galápagos experience even more memorable"

"Max and Lourdes were amazing hosts who couldn’t do enough to help. On booking they sent out additional information regarding tours and Santa Cruz. They were always ready to answer questions or to recommend places. They have even gone to the trouble of making videos to explain how to catch the ferry etc. which is very reassuring when you have no idea what to expect. My room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Fluffy white towels in the bathrooms, daily housekeeping, daily breakfast with freshly made eggs, I didn’t need anything more. Lourdes was very helpful in booking my ferries to other islands which saved me a lot of time."
