Huge rooms - balcony has sweeping bay views, jacuzzi tub, day bed, and hammock - spent so much time out here. Some renovation going on but no noise and didn't detract from our stay at all. "The property itself is beautiful. It was clean. It was modern but yet appropriate for the setting but the best thing about Xeno is the staff. They were kind, they were friendly, they were very helpful. They mended clothes that needed mending. They tracked down my lost cell phone that I had left in a taxi. They went above and beyond continually. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s fantastic, location, the view the food, but most of all the staff. "

"Great manager, nice pool and deck; good air conditioning and refrigerator in room. Clean inside and out and very friendly staff. Plastic furniture in room was 3 stools and small round table; no dresser or stand for suitcase. Taxi and food delivery was great. Provided drinking water which I really appreciated. 3 of my 14 nights had loud parties on deck outside my room; I had to approach them, as staff and owners ignored the uproar. "

"Casa Kel Mar is an excellent place to stay, we rented the top floor and it was amazing. Beautiful ocean views, beautiful sunrise and also beautiful sunset all from the top deck. Staff is amazing and always helpful. You can walk to town in about 15 minutes, just be prepared to walk up over 200 steps! Worth it!"
