"flight delayed in to Quito, hotel does not answer phone after 11pm. Hotel does is not open can't check in.. If you can find it... we never found it... expedia has not given refund (prepaid). Some Google reviews say this hotel does not exist from 2 years ago.. Book with awareness... if you dare!"

"Stunning craftsmanship, friendly people, comfortable beds, quiet area (except for some planes but that’s what happens if you’re needing to be near an airport!), clean, safe, good food (I had a lovely vegan salad and fruit), nice little exercise gym, beautiful grounds. "

"Beautiful building with very good amenities. To use the pool or jacuzzi, the owner needs to make a reservation at least 24 hour ahead. Paid for adding breakfast but needed to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant to get that. Dressing for the cold weather and going out is not convenient. To use the laundry you must download an application and create an account. "

Hidden Gem near UIO

"This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. It is 10 minutes to the airport. Try the restaurant at the top. It has amazing views of the mountains, a full playground with an elevated playhouse for children wooden chair swings for all ages, airplanes going over nearby to land delicious food indoor/outdoor seating. All at the top. "
