The master bedroom, located on the upper level, features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom on the main floor offers a cozy queen bed. For added privacy, the basement boasts a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bath. The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, with essential cookware provided for your convenience. In the common area, a dedicated computer table and chair create a perfect workspace. The living room, adorned with a 32" Smart TV and a welcoming fireplace, invites relaxation and entertainment. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
