"This is a lovely, architect-designed house purpose-built with industrial chic in mind, probably in the early 2000s. Constructed of fiberglass and metal with a concrete floor. So if that is not your thing, then this will not appeal. That noted, it has an appealing minimalist simplicity—and a very well-equipped kitchen.
