"I entered this suite to discover filthy conditions. Crumbs all over the sofa. Random dirty water on the floor in multiple places. Bedsheets that looked like they were slept in five minutes ago. When I informed the homestay reps about this, they sent over a housekeeper who maintained a cold sullen resentful expression the entire time she was there. She merely swept the sofa crumbs onto the floor, and did nothing about the bedsheets. I requested to cancel but, while the homestay reps...

"It took a little bit for the staff to come around little misunderstanding at first. Things got ironed out and things got better. I have been all over the world so this is not the first time. Even though our back grounds are totally different. At the end of the day we are all just people trying to get though the trip. On Check-In 1) Booked at Hotel.com S$90.63 (RM288) Upon check-in, Sri Puchong asked me to pay RM320 (S$100.70) as I was considered as walk-in guest eventhough I have booked through Hotel.com because I chose to pay at Sri Puchong instead at Hotel.com. There was a big price gap as there was no price guaranteed at all by Hotel.com. Very disappointed. "We stayed at the Park Royal hotel last year and it was much closer to all amenities The serviced suites is not had but not as good as the hotel, bit walking distance to Bukit Bintang It's not top notch stay but its ok overall, friendly staff, accommodating and safe. The property itself is a bit old from inside however it looks great from outside The highlight was sky roof pool, was great, clean and the hot spa was magnificent Overall it was a pleasant stay."
