The staff member told me (not asked) to email him the reservation after showing it on the app. The wifi that was only available in reception was barely usable throughout the whole stay. Quite often there was no hot water and other guests were partying and being loud at night and the staff didn't care. "We arrived at the hotel to find out that the air conditioning had been turned off as it was the last week of the season although when we complained we were offered a fan. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was tired and looked dirty. There was a good variety of food although the hot food was lukewarm and considering we were all inclusive we had to pay for water!! Overall we had a good holiday but we wouldnt rate the hotel 4 star. "
