"Nestled in downtown beautiful Provo with beautiful views. The hotel gives you that old towne charm and upkeep vibes, once entering the hotel you slowly lose that vibe. This hotel has the charm and a lot to offer if given the chance. The rooms are dated and could use a lot of TLC to match the outside feel. The pool was closed which was disappointing considering it was an indoor pool and 1 of the reasons I booked here. The staff is friendly and professional and takes pride in giving you your morning breakfast and welcome."
